Returns and Exchanges
Regarding new products (TES, white tees) sold in our store, we will only accept exchanges or returns if the product is defective or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered.
In this case, the customer must notify the store by the method specified by the store, and the store will exchange the ordered item for a good product (if the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided).
In addition, we will cover the shipping costs required to return and resend the product.
The used clothing sold in our shop are recycled goods, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to minor stains or dirt. In addition, we thoroughly check the products listed, and if there are stains or dirt, they will be noted in the product details. Also, due to the nature of recycled goods, the original accessories may not be included. Removable accessories are listed in the "Accessories" column.

Please note that we cannot accept any price negotiations regarding stains or dirt listed in the product details.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer reasons, such as differences in image or size, so please be aware of this before placing your order.
If there is a defect in the product (new product: TES, white tee)
If you find any defects in the product upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of arrival.
After contacting us, we ask for your cooperation in returning the item to us within 7 days.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago ・Products where tags or delivery notes have been discarded or lost ・Products that look used (dirty, smelly, scratched, etc.) ・Products that are obviously different from the condition before delivery (including boxes and other accessories)

・Product name ・Product code ・Reason for return/exchange We will send you a reply email, so please check it and return the applicable product to us.
*If you include personal items or other items that are not eligible for the package, we may dispose of the package at our discretion.
